Island Peak

Island Peak (Imja Tse) at 6189m is one of the Khumbu's most accessible trekking mountaineering peaks. We provide a full expedition service for this peak from the time you arrive into Kathmandu to when you depart.

Western leaders and Nepalese Sherpas work together to guide this trip and our schedule is below. The trek starts and finishes in Kathmandu and will be flexible in it's itinerary due to the nature of the environment and our ability as an experienced team to get the most out of your time with us. The outline confirmed is:

Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu, stay at the Yak and Yeti Hotel.
Day 2 Fly to Lukla and trek to Manjo
Day 3 Trek to Namche
Day 4 Acclimatisation Day Namche
Day 5 Trek to Pangboche
Day 6 Trek to Dingboche
Day 7 Trek to Chukung
Day 8 Trek to Island Peak Base Camp
Day 9 Summit Day and return to BC or Chukung
Day 10 Spare Day
Day 11 Trek to Namche
Day 12 Trek to Lukla
Day 13 Fly to Kathmandu and stay at Yak and Yeti Hotel
Day 14 Fly to Home Country

Fee: $3250.00 USD per person 
This is based on 5-10 persons in the expedition. If less people wish to go this is still possible but may increase the fee slightly. (If clients wish to add on Everest Base Camp before Island Peak please contact us, this makes for a great expedition)

Booking
The deadline for applications are 1st Nov and deposits are 1st Dec for a Spring trip and applications are 1st May and deposits are 1st June for an Autumn trip. Deposits are non-refundable. Should you cancel your booking after this date, 100% is non refundable 45 days prior to the trip date.
